Pizzeria Maestro

Total bill: ₱1,240.00 (no service charge)

Cost per person: ₱310.00

What I ordered & my thoughts:

  • Margherita / Mixed Veggies  (₱410): The classic Margherita was spot on, simple, well-balanced, and the kind of flavor you won’t get tired of. The mixed veggies were less convincing; the corn and broccoli didn’t quite come together.

  • Pepperoni / Chicken Teriyaki (₱440): The Pepperoni was another classic done right, while the Chicken Teriyaki leaned a little too sweet for me.

  • Margherita with Cream Cheese (₱390): The cream cheese felt a little too heavy, throwing off the balance of the pizza. It might work better if you’re a big cream cheese fan.

Overall experience:

  • A small, slightly hidden spot on the second floor. Dine-in is available, but groups of more than six may feel a little cramped. I opted for takeaway this time, with no extra packaging fee.

  • The menu is thoughtfully designed, clearly divided into Red Sauce, White Sauce, and Premium options. The option to mix two flavors in one pizza is a nice touch, with the higher-priced flavor determining the price.

  • Pizzas are freshly made right in front of you 🍕, with a pleasantly chewy crust that stays enjoyable even after the toppings are gone. They’re definitely best eaten fresh and piping hot. Considering the price, the freshly made pizzas offer excellent value.

My review:

A little hidden gem 💎. If you’re craving a quick meal in the area, freshly made pizza like this is one of the better options around. And even when dining alone, the half-and-half option means you can enjoy two flavors without getting bored with just one.
